Kelvin Joseph recorded 72 tackles and five interceptions as Scotlandville High School reached the Louisiana state championship game in 2016. Three of those picks went back for touchdowns.

Growing up in Baton Rouge, Joseph initially committed to LSU before reopening his recruitment. Alabama, Florida State, and Clemson entered the picture. Joseph's combination of instincts and tackling made him one of the nation's top defensive back prospects.
