Journey to Greatness: Jason Taylor

Jason Taylor didn't play football until his junior year at Woodland Hills High School in Pittsburgh. Despite the late start, he developed a passion for the game that carried him to the University of Akron and eventually the Miami Dolphins as a third-round pick in 1997. Taylor became the first Akron alumnus inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, covering the 24 miles from Akron to Canton through a career defined by relentless pass-rushing and defensive dominance.
