Terrelle Pryor's Epic Journey to the High School Football Hall of Fame
March 18, 2025
Terrelle Pryor won state championships in both football and basketball at Jeannette High School before his NFL career and Hall of Fame induction.
Terrelle Pryor won state championships in both football and basketball at Jeannette High School in Pennsylvania. That dual dominance led to Ohio State, then nine NFL seasons, and a record that still stands: the longest touchdown run by a quarterback in league history.
In 2024, Pryor was inducted into the National High School Football Hall of Fame. The honor recognizes what people in Jeannette already knew—the kid who starred in two sports was built for greatness.
