Shaquem Griffin's Journey to the NFL Remains an Inspirational Story
November 18, 2022
Shaquem Griffin is now retired from professional football, but his journey to the NFL remains an inspirational story.
Shaquem Griffin was born with amniotic band syndrome and had his left hand amputated at age four. He became a second-team All-American linebacker at UCF and helped the Knights go 13-0 in 2017.
The Seattle Seahawks drafted him in the fifth round in 2018. Griffin played alongside his twin brother Shaquill and proved that limitations exist only in the mind. His NFL journey remains a testament to relentless determination.
