Kansas Commit Chris Johnson is Working to Take his Game to Another Level at Montverde Academy

19.5 points, five assists, five rebounds per game. Chris Johnson put up those numbers at Elkins High School in Houston before transferring to Montverde Academy for his senior season.

Montverde coach Kevin Boyle has developed numerous NBA lottery picks, and Johnson sought that level of preparation before joining Bill Self at Kansas. The high-energy guard models his game after Cade Cunningham, another Texan who made the leap to the highest level.
