The 6-foot-3, 230-pound signal caller made history by leading PURE Youth Academy to its first program win. Carter's journey began as an eighth-grader thrust into a varsity starting role at Freedom Preparatory Academy. His size allows him to see over the line and absorb hits that would flatten smaller quarterbacks. After years of development, he's ready to compete at the college level in his hometown.
