Stanford Commit Kanaan Carlyle is Preparing for the Next Level at Overtime Elite

Previously a star at Milton High School in the Atlanta area, Kanaan Carlyle made the move to Overtime Elite to conclude his prep career. He's retained his college eligibility, though, and he has signed with the Stanford Cardinal.

Kanaan Carlyle chose Stanford over the direct-to-NBA path that many Overtime Elite players pursue. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard values the combination of elite basketball development and a Stanford degree.

At OTE, Carlyle gains regular exposure to NBA scouts while maintaining college eligibility. His models are Allen Iverson and Ja Morant, players known for fearlessness and tenacity. Carlyle believes a Stanford education enhances rather than delays his professional aspirations.
