Nick Cross - DeMatha Safety - Highlights/Interview

Nick Cross picked up football late, but his athleticism accelerated his development at DeMatha Catholic High School, one of the premier programs in the country. At 6-foot and 210 pounds, he combines size with elite speed.

Cross clocked the second-fastest 60 meters in the nation in track and field. He models his game after Sean Taylor and Brian Dawkins, bringing a physical style to the safety position. His combination of instincts and closing speed makes him a ballhawk in the secondary.
