Haloti Ngata: Journey to the College Football Hall of Fame

Former Oregon Ducks defensive lineman Haloti Ngata has officially been inducted into the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed upon a fraction of a percent of all college players. In this segment of Journey to Greatness, Ngata reflects on his path to football immortality. Originally a five-star prospect from Highland High School in Salt Lake City, he drew inspiration from his hardworking father and his uncle, who served as his high school coach and mentor. After an All-American career at the University of Oregon, Ngata enjoyed a stellar 13-season career in the NFL, highlighted by a memorable Super Bowl victory with the Baltimore Ravens in 2012.
