Dwayne Haskins Jr. developed into one of the top quarterback prospects in the Washington, D.C. area at the Bullis School in Maryland, where his sister Tamia had suggested the family enroll. His exceptional talent and maturity quickly caught the attention of Coach Pat Salento.

During his standout season, Haskins threw for over 1,900 yards and 22 touchdowns with only four interceptions, demonstrating the accuracy and decision-making that set him apart. With strong support from his mother's emphasis on academics and his father's constructive guidance, Haskins committed to the University of Maryland.
