Davidson Day quarterback Will Grier earns High School Football Player of the Year honors after a record-breaking senior season.

Will Grier capped his career at Davidson Day School in North Carolina with one of the most prolific senior seasons in high school football history. He threw for 4,989 yards and 77 touchdowns while completing 70 percent of his passes, adding over 1,200 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground.

Grier's career totals reached approximately 18,000 yards of offense and 227 touchdowns, earning him back-to-back state Player of the Year awards. He led Davidson Day to the state title with a championship game performance of 599 passing yards and eight total touchdowns. A Florida Gators commit, Grier was named the national High School Football Player of the Year.
