Anthony Barber attacked the basket relentlessly. The point guard from Hampton, Virginia, used his speed to blow past defenders and absorb contact at the rim. His junior season ended with a state championship for Hampton High School.

Ranked among the top point guards in the 2013 class, Barber committed to North Carolina State. His quickness and scoring ability projected to the ACC, where the Wolfpack needed a lead guard who could create for himself and others.
