St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale embarked on a new chapter under head coach Roger Harriott, a school alumnus returning with seven years of coaching experience including a state championship. The Raiders remained among Florida's elite programs with a roster full of college-bound talent.

Florida commit Jake Allen took the reins at quarterback, supported by an impressive receiving corps featuring star prospect Tre'Quan Smith and Miami commits Michael Irvin Jr. and Sam Bruce.
