MVLA Lightning Soccer Club - Interviews

The MVLA Lightning soccer club in the Mountain View/Los Altos area of Northern California has developed an exceptional group of young female players. The team has won championships at both state and national levels under coaches Aaron Montoya and Albertine.

Five players have gained experience with USA Youth National Teams: Gabrielle Matulich (UCLA commit), Paige Crowley (Notre Dame), and Stanford commits Jaye Boissiere, Zoe Pacalin, and Sarah Robinson. Their ball control skills and teamwork reflect the coaching emphasis that has produced players with aspirations of representing the United States in the World Cup or Olympics.
