Matt Barkley - Mater Dei High School - Highlights/Interview

Matt Barkley became Gatorade National Player of the Year as a junior, the first player to win the award before his senior season. At Mater Dei High School in Los Angeles, he combined elite quarterback play with a 3.9 GPA.

Barkley's talents extend beyond football. He plays guitar and writes music, bringing the same dedication to his creative pursuits that he shows on the field. He committed to USC, joining a program with a history of developing NFL quarterbacks.
