Markese Jacobs - Uplift Point Guard - Highlights/Interview

Chicago calls him "The Show." Markese Jacobs earned that nickname with electrifying performances at Uplift Community High School, where he helped lead the team to a 2015 state championship. His older brother won a title there too, making success a family tradition.

Jacobs isn't the tallest point guard, but his energy and defensive intensity make him a handful for opponents. A conversation with Kansas coach Bill Self about his ranking only fueled his determination. He committed to DePaul, staying in Chicago to prove the doubters wrong.
