Demarcus Lodge, an exceptional wide receiver from Cedar Hill High School, has learned valuable lessons in patience and trust while playing for one of Dallas' top football programs. Despite the presence of four future Division I receivers, Lodge had to wait his turn during his sophomore year. Encouraged by his coach, Joey McGuire, to remain patient and continue honing his skills, Lodge's hard work and trust in his coach paid off in his junior year. With an outstanding performance, he secured 72 passes for over 1600 yards and 22 touchdowns, contributing significantly to Cedar Hill's victorious state championship.
