Cody Thomas: Rising Star Quarterback from Colleyville Heritage High School

Cody Thomas had the frame college coaches covet: 6'5", 220 pounds, pro-style build. At Colleyville Heritage in Texas, he put up numbers to match. Over two varsity seasons, Thomas threw for more than 7,000 yards. His senior year alone produced 38 touchdowns against just five interceptions.

Oklahoma offered, and Thomas committed. The Sooners' wide-open offense suited his playmaking ability. The Panthers' playoff exit did nothing to diminish what Thomas had built over four years in the program.
