Weddington's Will Shipley is the North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year and a Clemson commit who rushes, catches, and throws touchdowns.
Will Shipley does everything for Weddington High School. He rushes, catches, and even throws for touchdowns as the centerpiece of a program that has won three state championships in four seasons. Those numbers earned him North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year honors. Shipley's versatility and production made him one of the top running back prospects in the 2021 class. He's committed to Clemson, where he'll bring his complete skill set to the ACC.
