Cardinal Hayes in The Bronx, NY, has a talented basketball team that is led by a special junior class. North Carolina commit Ian Jackson and Syracuse commit Elijah Moore lead the way for the Cardinals.
Ian Jackson is labeled the top prospect in the 2024 class. The explosive Cardinal Hayes guard scores in bunches and throws down highlight dunks, but his leadership and passing separate him from other elite scorers.
Teammate Elijah Moore, a Syracuse commit, brings elite shooting to complement Jackson's slashing ability. Together they form one of the most talented backcourts in New York City high school basketball, leading the Bronx powerhouse through a loaded junior season.
