His father played at Syracuse and for the Oakland Raiders, inspiring Jordan to pursue his own path in the sport. Bergen Catholic's renowned football brotherhood and winning tradition made it the ideal setting for his development.

Morant's natural athleticism and physicality have made him one of the top defensive back prospects in the 2020 class. His versatility allows him to contribute at safety, cornerback, outside linebacker, and even tailback. After helping Bergen Catholic secure its 17th state championship, Morant committed to the Michigan Wolverines following his appearance in the All American Bowl.
