July 21, 2018
Kenny Hill, the Texas Gatorade Player of the Year from Southlake Carroll, threw for 3,300 yards and rushed for 1,400 more before committing to Texas A&M.
Kenny Hill did everything at Southlake Carroll High School. The Texas Gatorade Player of the Year threw for over 3,300 yards and 27 touchdowns while adding 1,400 rushing yards and 33 scores. His dual-threat production powered the Dragons to a 12-2 record and state quarterfinals.
Texas A&M won his commitment, adding another quarterback to Southlake Carroll's pipeline. Greg McElroy went to Alabama, Chase Daniel to Missouri. Hill continued the tradition of Dragons quarterbacks reaching elite programs.
