Cole Kmet - Saint Viator Tight End - Highlights/Interview

July 21, 2018
Cole Kmet comes from a football family with NFL lineage and has emerged as one of the top tight ends in the 2017 class, committed to Notre Dame.

Football runs in the Kmet family. Cole's father Frank played at Purdue and in the NFL. His uncle Jeff Zgonina did the same. Now Cole has established himself as one of the nation's best tight ends at Saint Viator High School in Illinois.

Standing 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, Kmet has the size and athleticism the position demands. Coach Dave Archibald recognized his potential immediately upon taking over the program. Kmet has committed to Notre Dame, where the Fighting Irish will benefit from both his physical tools and the football instincts developed through a lifetime around the game.
