Brian Urlacher - Journey to Greatness

Brian Urlacher grew up in Lovington, New Mexico, where coach Kenny Owens introduced him to serious weight training. That foundation carried him to the University of New Mexico, where he played safety, linebacker, and returned kicks.

The Chicago Bears selected Urlacher in the first round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He became one of the greatest linebackers in franchise history over 13 seasons before his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction in 2018.
