Tristan Reed: Link Academy Star & Mississippi State Commit

Tristan Reed is making a name for himself at Link Academy in Branson, Missouri. Originally from the St. Louis area where he played for John Burroughs High School, the 6'9" forward transferred to Link Academy for his senior season to play a national schedule. The move follows the path of his older brother, Tarris Reed, who currently plays for UConn. Now a national top 100 prospect, Tristan is known for his versatility, ability to guard the perimeter, and willingness to do the dirty work in the paint. He has committed to play college basketball in the SEC for Mississippi State next season, citing a strong connection with Coach Chris Jans.
